Returns & Refunds Policy
At A&Always, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If there’s an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used body care products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
