At A&Always, we believe your self-care essentials should arrive with the same care and attention they were chosen with.


Order Processing


  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).


Estimated Delivery Times


Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.


  • Australia: 3–8 business days
  • New Zealand: 3–9business days
  • United States, Canada & United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • Other International Locations: 7–10 business days


Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the shipping details.


Lost or Delayed Orders


If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our fulfilment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
